30, the year of 3's

Turning 31 today. Looking back over this weird year.

We've been married almost 12 years. It's been almost 13 since I've been out on my own.

In all that time we had a couple of pets, but none of them stayed (or lived) for more than a couple months.........this year we got three pets. Two Siamese cats and a Doxen. And they are staying.

Also in all of this time we've never traveled much of anywhere other than the family cabin in Island Park and staying with the other side of the family in Salt Lake City. We did have one big family trip to Disneyland a couple years ago, but Justin and I had never gone alone together anywhere in all these years. Until this year. This year we went alone to Philly, San Diego and San Francisco. Three big new far away places. Way fun.

And until I had turned 30, I had never been to a funeral in my entire life. This year I went to three funerals. Hmmmmm......and two days ago my husband turned thirty three.......

Coincidence?

Lol, probably not. I probably just decided I was getting old and that it was time to start living my life right?

Of course we'll see when this baby gets here if there are more three's in my life. So far we have 3 boys and 2 girls......could life really be that organized? No, it just has to be a boy.......I'm 31 now so the weird three phase must be over, right? Honestly, I really truly have no hopes for one gender or the other. I just want to make it through this time healthy. Healthy baby, healthy mom. We're not even going to find out the gender till it's born. Oh and did I mention I am three months pregnant right now? Hahaha! Just had to throw that in there

Anyhow, I'm off now to go do three more loads of laundry, enjoy a lunch out with my hubby and three kids, and get ready for the three events I'm participating in this week......... (que X-files music) :)
